出口沙特 “SALEEM”執(zhí)行要求2018年4月1日更新發(fā)布
沙特阿拉伯政府近期對沙特產(chǎn)品安全計劃項目 “SALEEM”發(fā)布了最新的執(zhí)行要求。
依據(jù)相關(guān)要求，自2018年4月1日起，涵蓋在沙特SALEEM Technical Regulation清單中的產(chǎn)品需按照新的程序要求來申請相關(guān)的清關(guān)證書。屆時，NormalTCI諾莫檢測（電話：13486111918）對這部分產(chǎn)品以沙特產(chǎn)品安全計劃項目 “SALEEM”替代現(xiàn)有的沙特產(chǎn)品符合性評定項目，并將引入SABER 在線系統(tǒng)平臺作為客戶申請電子證書electronic Certificate of Conformity (e-CoC)的受理窗口。
在新的管理制度下，相關(guān)Technical regulation 清單中的產(chǎn)品需符合SASO指定的技術(shù)法規(guī)要求，清單中的產(chǎn)品將包含如下兩個階段的產(chǎn)品符合性評估：
階段 1：依據(jù)SASO指定的產(chǎn)品評估計劃類型對相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品進行評估，如果符合要求NormalTCI諾莫檢測（電話：13486111918）將簽發(fā)產(chǎn)品證書 Product Certificate；
階段 2：在取得Product Certificate后對于每一批出運的產(chǎn)品證書下的貨物都需進行出運前的檢驗，并簽發(fā)批次證書Shipment Certificate{2} 。Shipment Certificate 將取代現(xiàn)行的CoC證書，每批貨物都需取得Shipment Certificate 。

對于目前沒有涵蓋在SASO/GSO Technical Regulations下的產(chǎn)品依舊需要按照之前的程序，每批貨物取得CoC清關(guān)證書。

{2} Alsoreferred to by SASO as Consignment Certificate.（批次證書）
{3} Scheme Type3 comprises Product type-approval plus audit of the product safety managementsystem (initial and periodic monitoring)（Scheme Type 3包含產(chǎn)品形式認可及工廠審核）
{4} Scheme Type5 comprises of Scheme Type 3 plus periodic sampling and testing of the productto ensure continuous conformity to regulation/s.（Scheme Type 5包含形式認可，工廠審核及抽樣測試）
{5} Scheme Type 1A comprises Product type-approval (review of the technical design of the product for conformity to regulation/s).（Scheme Type 1A ：產(chǎn)品形式認可）
